THE BUFFET MENU IS BEST SUITED TO EVENTS CATERING FOR LARGER NUMBERS OR WHERE THERE IS A TIGHTER TIME ELEMENT
THE TRAILER MENU WORKS REALLY WELL FOR SMALLER GROUPS OR WHEN THERE IS A LESS RIGID FORMAT TO AN EVENT
IN SHORT
YOU CAN FEED MORE PEOPLE IN A SHORTER TIME IF THE FOOD IS SERVED BUFFET STYLE
YOU CAN ENJOY A MORE LAID BACK AND PERSONALISED SERVICE IF THE FOOD IS SERVED DIRECT FROM THE TRAILER
NO DIFFERENCE IN THE QUALITY OF FOOD OR INDEED THE SERVICE, IT PURELY COMES DOWN TO WHICHEVER WORKS BEST FOR YOUR EVENT
